Are those 2 triangles congruent and are they similiar? (by similiar i mean, are they the same but just the size not?)
PS: Secound time I post this, last time I didn't get "how to solve" just answer. So please :)

if sides AC and BC are equal the opposite angles A and B must be equal. since a triangle has 180 degrees we can find that angles A and B are both 68
now, in the same way we find that angle D is 68 degrees, and can prove that the triangles are similar, the fact that sides AB and DE (the matching sides) have the same length prove that they are congruent,
The angles are the same (use the fact that base angles of an isosceles triangle are congruent and that the sum of the angles of any triangle is 180°) and the bases are congruent, so the triangles are congruent
