Hi there! I'm currently about 5 weeks pregnant and I had an ultrasound done today and they cannot see anything! They did the vaginal ultrasound too and saw nothing.
About a week ago I was bleeding there was blood in the toilet and i was using about a pad a day and it lasted for about 3 days, I went to the hospital the second day I was bleeding and my HcG levels were only 74. when i got blood tests done a few days before that my hcg levels were 72.
The doctor said that I might have an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage and if i start soaking pads to go to the hospital. So I bled sort of heavy for 2 days and then it got lighter and i passed a blood clot too it was gross lol not that big but still like a little bigger than a cherry or the same.
So i had blood test done again today and I'm going to have my results back, the doctor said that I might of had a miscarriage or it's too early or something,
so im scared? is it possible to not really notice that u had a miscarriage when ur early on in the pregnancy? i was about 4 weeks then
HELP !:)
Update:Also I've had no pain or bleeding for a few days.
And I had pretty bad pains in my lower abdomen in the middle when i was bleeding
What are the signs of ectopic ?
Thanks!!

You could have had a chemical pregnancy. That's, when the baby is not developed and it is basically an early miscarriage and the baby just falls out and u bleed, for a few days, and then everything is fine. My friend had this, happen to her twice, I hope everything goes well for u.
Im sorry you are going through all this :(.
Anyways I do not think that this is an ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancies usually cause problems around week 8. And you would be much earlier than that. They cause severe pain on one side of the abdomen, nausea, dizziness, and shoulder tip pain on one side. Ectopic pregnancies happen in 1 in 200 pregnancies, so its quite rare, so I doubt this is happening in your case anyways. I think that if anything you probably are just having a regular miscarriage if anything. But still 50 percent of all people bleed during the first trimester. So nothing might be happening! Good Luck with your blood tests. Hoping you get good news.
I've heard of ladies who had triumphant pregnancies with low hcg phases. However, it does sound such as you had a miscarriage, with the anguish and the clots. But the truth that your hcg phases are going up is a thriller. It is NOT too early to do an ultrasound and in case your health practitioner advised you that, you have got to discover a brand new one. The best method they are going to discover out what is relatively happening is to provide you an ultrasound. Best desires.
It's possible to not know you had a miscarriage. Just depends on how far along you are.
