my dog has a dry nose the majority of the time but I haven't thought anything of it as she's eating regularly, drinking properly, very active and her poo isn't a strange colour. But if you're concerned then ask your vet for advice, but my guess it's nothing to worry about. Every dog is different. :)
It just means it's nose is chaped just like your lips get chaped. You can use a plain, non-scented, non-medicated chap stick on the dry area to prevent it from drying out. The healthy dog with a cold wet nose is an old wives tale.
Dry nose is not good , means temperature , Is he eating, doing what he normally does? keep an eye and take him to the vet if this continues for more than 6 hours

well most times when a dog has a wet nose he is healthy so if ur dog has a dry nose it must b unhealthy or sick
if he is not as playful as he usually is and he is down in the weather he is sick
if he seems fine he is just a little unhealthy and needs more nutrients and vitamins
u can try getting different food that has more healthy stuff in it

You should probably take him into the vet. A dry nose means he's sick.
If your dog has a dry nose, he's probably dyhydrated a little bit. Try giving him some more water.
one of my dogs also seems to have mostly a dry nose.
To some extent it means the dog isn't licking it regularly as most dogs do.
yea you should first call the vet and if he says take him to the vet then do it if he tells you no problem dont worry about it
