No. The due date is just the doctors best guess. The baby comes when it's ready.

Why is that so out of the ordinary ? My second baby was due March 4th and I gave birth to him February 17th - 15 days early .

No the doctors just give an estimate and the baby comes when its ready. Babies usually come 3 weeks early or three weeks late.

If you had your baby prematurely, say 6 weeks early, it would not mean that your conception date was 6 weeks sooner. Babies come when they come, sometimes early, sometimes late--and this does not affect the due date at all.
