i have seen a documentary on youtube about a new ptsd treatment , a while ago. the doctors gave pharmaceuticals( that caused insensitivity) to the patients , while they had to write down what happened to them. after a few sessions , the patiens improvement and were able to let go what happened in the past. does any one know what this treatment is called ?? :)

No sorry but i think I saw this documentary too a while back. Any new drug based treatment has to go through quite a lot of trials before it is widely available. I don't think this is widely available yet, as haven't heard it discussed in trauma treatment circles.
It's important that you realise that current psychological treatment for PTSD is already very effective, it has better outcome rates than any other psychological therapy for any other type of problem. The two types of therapy with the most evidence behind them are trauma focused CBT and EMDR.
If you have a single episode of trauma it is fairly straightforward to treat and people make progress within a fairly short period of time. So if this is the case for you don't hold back on seeking treatment. You are not expected just to start talking about what happen a lot of groundwork is done to prepare for returning to the memory such as learning skills to help you feel in control of the experience.
You need to make sure the therapist you are seeing has been trained in one of these approaches as counselling isn't too helpful.
Possibly EMDR
