The Centennial MasterCard or Visa is issued by First Premier Bank. Although this is a sub-prime offer with some additional fees-- if you have poor / no credit, it might be your only option to prove your creditworthiness and build / improve your credit score.
Personally, I would recommend the Orchard Bank Platinum card. It's a slightly better offer-- plus, it seems to have better approval rates. You can see these offers (and more) here:
