I was deleting items from my outlook express sent folder & my computer froze then shutdown & restarted. When I try go into Outlook Express now, an error message comes up & I cant go into it. Does you email support access through a web browser. Try that to check if the email server is fine. If the server is fine you may have corrupted or delelted some of the .dbx files where the mail data is stored. Try restoring this files in case you have deleted them. Or you could remove your email account and add it again. But make a note of all the server address in properties before removing your email account.
