I don't think there is really a percentage for conceiving with PCOS. It varies with each person depending on how bad you have PCOS. I have PCOS and was able to conceive through IVF, but I know another woman who conceived in three months using metformin. I would recommend seeing an endocrinologist so they can develop a plan to get pregnant. It could be clomid or metformin to start.

I have PCOS, and I got pregnant (although I had an early miscarriage). A friend of mine who has it just gave birth to twins and has an older child, as well. I think many women with PCOS are able to get pregnant, just with a bit more effort (and drugs).

I also have PCOS, I got pregnant with my son with no problems... We weren't really trying however... Once the time came for us to try again, it just never happened...

So I went to the doctor, I did 4 cycles of Clomid, then three of femera. I finally asked my doctor if there was anything else I could do... I really wanted my baby.

So he sent me to a wonderful RE, and they put me on follistem. The first cycle was ok except I prematurely ovulated. The second time we did IUI and got pregnant with twins. My girls will be 1 June 14th. So I feel a lot of it has to do with how far and how much you are willing to spend to get pregnant. I wasn't going to rest until I had mine. I wish you the best of luck! i was told i have pcos because i have many cysts on the ovaries, but to actually diagnose pcos is alot more complicated, it seems like docs. are quick to make that diagnosis, w/o checking the blood sugar, checking the hormones and so on..i am just as fertile as you can get, i dont actually have pcos, just cysts. i was very bummed at first that i was told i had this, and spent alot of time really sweating it, but first you should ask your doc. to really run all the tests! its the newest , hottest disease in the o.b. world right now !!
