I really don't think that your chances of having it again increase because your placenta can attatch itself anywhere in your uterus and your uterus is quite large so there is a lot of room for it to attatch itself. As your uterus grows throughout pregnancy it gets bigger and the placenta can move upwards while it grows, and even if you have a low lying placenta at one point there is a good chance it will move before childbirth. I am not positive on this, but I'm sure you will be ok. The only thing I can see why it WOULD do it again next time would be because of scar tissue or something because of your last pregnancy. I believe you are more at risk to develop if you have had it before, but that does not mean that you will for sure.
