being new to princess parrots i have 3 breeding pr s i have been told by a couple of people that you can loose them very easy mine have a diet of fresh fruit and veg and a good grain mix wormed every 2 mths am i missing some thing they appear to be happy

Sounds like you are doing everything right.
Worming is very necessary with Princess parrots ( particularly if they have a soil floor aviary ) and their diet sounds good.
I have 11 adults Princesses and we have 17 baby princesses right now as well..............greens, blues, yellows and white.
They arent really a fragile bird nor can you lose them easily. They are very robust and they tame so easily even aviary princesses.
I am currently handraising four babies as their mother started plucking them.

Alexandrine parrot is the best choice but buy in seasons such as march-april so that you can get a baby.They can Tame easily and become a good pet also..
I have no idea why you would worm birds - seems unnecessary and maybe even dangerous. Also, parrots need pellets, nuts, seeds in addition to fruit and veggies and grains. They also need fresh water and a clean cage in an appropriate climate.
