Thats my name and it is unique, there's still quite a few ppl out there who haven't seen it. Even after 25 years I still get nice comments about it. Although there are still a few ***** out there who think it's funny when they see teh spelling and ask how to pronounce it! lol But all in all I've never had ay problems with it and its always good to have something a lil different about yourself.
I actually prefer the look of Rebekah. However, one thing to consider is many times the objects that come with names already on them (key chains, kids cups, etc) would have it spelled Rebecca rather than Rebekah. I spelled one of my son's names a bit differently and we can never find those kinds of items for him with his spelling, which bums him out a little sometimes when we're looking at those kinds of things.
It depends. If I'm naming my child this on religious grounds then Rebekah as that's how it's spelled in the Bible. It's also a unique spelling, but if I feel like being normal then Rebecca.

I prefer Rebecca, i think Rebekah is a little 'hard' sounding
good point susan - never thought of that. I used to have trouble when i was younger with things like that, coz the most usual spelling is 'katie'
