"Payment revision needed"(Amazon) WTF?
I have $60 in my American Express card and now I feel like either Amazon or the Owner of the Item I ordered Scammed me. Even when I make smaller cost orders it's always the same thing, all my orders were below the total amount I loaded into my Prepaid American Express.

Many sellers do not accept prepaid cards and will only allow a card if it is a real credit card and is not prepaid card.
Also, many prepaid cards cannot be used online and have to be used in person a brick-and-mortar store where you hand the card to a cashier or scan it.
