Some programs when installed comes with an uninstaller, but if your program doesn't come with it, go to the windows control panel and double click on add/remove programs. Wait for it to list the available programs which can be uninstalled using windows, then click on it. some programs can be removed by simply deleting it and removing it from the recycle bin (e.g. flash animations)
Kind of a vague question, but if you want to remove any programs installed on your computer, go the the control panel and click on add/remove programs. wait for it to load, choose the program you don't want, and click remove. you might have to varify that you want to remove the program. after you have done so, it is generally a good idea to restart your computer.
