tg(a - b) = (tga - tg b)/(1 + tg a . tg b)
tg (x - pi/4) = tgx - tg(pi/4) / (1+ tgx.tg(pi/4))
tg (x- pi/4) = 3 - 1 / (1 + 3 . 1)
tg (x - pi/4) = 2 / 4
tg (x - pi/4) = 1/2
