I've been binding for about a year and a half now and with a T-Kingdom one for about half a year. It never hurt until I got the tkingdom one and now the pain is unbearable. I wear it as loose as it goes but it still hurts a lot. It's a medium size model 690.

I'm kinda worried cause I have tingling feelings in my left arm/shoulder and I have trouble breathing. My ribs feel bruised and I think I have fluid in my lungs but I'm not sure. I have a very slight raspy sound when I breathe now, does anyone know what exactly is happening or should I get to a doctor asap?
