Don't take our word for it ... find out for yourself. This is actually an answer that you can obtain yourself, and this is how you do it:
Observe your immediate environment and the people you run across over the course of your day. Divide a small notebook into three columns. Make one heading "Parades Atheistic Views", make the second one "Parades Religious Views", and the third "Does not parade any views". For every person you encounter over the day, place a hash mark beneath the heading that fits their behavior.
Define "atheistic" as any direct comment about not believing in God or religion, or disparaging comments about a church or religion ... sociological views do not count, and views that are held by some churches but not by other churches do not count, because people who are religious have varying beliefs about scientific and sociological trends.
Define "religious" as any direct comment about believe in God or religion, or disparaging comments about atheists ... generosity and kindness do not count, because people who are not religious are also capable of generosity and kindness.
Define "does not parade any views" as someone who mentions neither belief in God nor disbelief in God.
PLEASE get back to us in a month and share with us what you have discovered. I am sure that as a good Christian, your questions was asked in sincerity and with love, and that your experiment will be conducted in a genuine quest for honest truth.
I send my avatar to the church to parade my atheistic view. He ended up playing Ultima 4, quest for the avatar. Just think he is playing a 25 year old game !!!!
Neither, I prefer to convey my love for astronomy with my avatar. I tend not to bring up religion unless someone else does, but if they do then they're gonna find out what I think!
Hi, Doing battle and provoking atheists is not loving your enemy. As was said the other day, loving your enemy is not necessarily a feeling but the way you treat them. Showing love to your enemy is treating with respect because God created them.

I guess my avatar isn't much of a use.
The avatar thingy. An atheist pride parade does sound like a good idea, though. What city do you live in again?
I convey them in public, which takes a lot more courage in America than asking derisive questions on a message board, disguised as Ann Coulter.
You mean, do I stand on a soapbox on the street corner
during rush hour and scream "There is no God!"
to anyone and everyone within earshot,
and basically make a public nuisance of myself?
Not recently, no.
And even if I wanted to,
there's always a theist already there anyway..

I am open about what I believe. There is no shame in it and we have every right to have our views heard.
Freedom os speech is not just for what you want to hear you know.
I am very open about being a atheist and I like talking to people.
The difference between me and you is I do not judge or force my beliefs on others.
It's Christian "logic" that says people have to parade their beliefs (or lack thereof).
If it is pertinent to the conversation, it is mentioned. If it is irrelevant, then why bother? Religious people could learn a lot from that method.

I need not parade it but for anyone who cares to ask, I'll let them know that I do not believe in god.
