Christmas cookies for acquaintances?
I'm baking cookies for all my friends for Christmas.
Problem is, what do I give the people who aren't exactly friends yet? If anything at all?
There's a guy in one of my classes that I talk to a little, he's friends with my friends and he sits right by me.
I'm thinking I should give him some cookies and a card too, but would that be weird?
Would it be rude if I gave presents to my friends and not him?

No,that's not weird at all! Food is the perfect gift for someone you don't know well,because everyone loves food! Especially cookies! Just attach a short and sweet note to the gift. Like "Merry Christmas" and who it's from. Don't need to get all 'mushy' if you don't know someone that well.
I would just suggest to avoid cookies with nuts in them. Since it's a pretty common allergy.

You could also do brownies and/or chocolate covered pretzels if you wanted a bigger variety of treats to hand out.
