1. How do you say 'i was wrong' in Spanish? Wrong as in mistaken about some fact, not that i did somthing wrong.
2. If i want to say that i am interested in someone (romantically) can i say 'tengo interes en el'?
3. How do i say 'i changed my mind'?

2.- you could say that, but it's not that common
try saying "él me interesa", él me gusta ( i like him), "siento atracción por él" (something similar to i'm attracted to him)
