Tengo tres preguntas...?
1. How do you say 'i was wrong' in Spanish? Wrong as in mistaken about some fact, not that i did somthing wrong.
2. If i want to say that i am interested in someone (romantically) can i say 'tengo interes en el'?
3. How do i say 'i changed my mind'?

1.- Yo estaba equivocado (for male) equivocada (female)
2.- you could say that, but it's not that common
try saying "él me interesa", él me gusta ( i like him), "siento atracción por él" (something similar to i'm attracted to him)

1. Estaba equivocado(a)
2. Me interesa ____.
Or you can always go with: Me gusta ____. Wich means
"I like ____"

2. Yes, you can, but a better way would be "estoy interesado en él/ella
3. i changed my mind = cambié de opinión, cambié de parecer
