I assume you mean download through torrent sites?? this is totally fine I do it all the time ( not exactly legal tho ) but once you have your downloaded file open it and select all the songs and just drag them to your iTunes where the music shows up.. it may take a few minutes to show up but the should link with iTunes .. hope this helped
