I have a 1994 ford ranger and over the winter my turn signals stopped blinking, so I would blink them manually. Each side lights up but stays solid and does not blink. Even on my dash, the arrows stay solid without blinking. I believe that all of the bulbs are good, all four stay solid with turn signals, and all four blink with 4-ways on. Any ideas??
