I know this doesn't really fit the description you're looking for, but you should give Bones and Castle a try. It's not teenagers, or anything mystical, but they're both amazing shows, and they do have mystery, they're murder mystery shows. So give them a try!

However, a little closer to something you're asking for would be Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It's a truly amazing show, and each season is better than the last. Brilliant acting, brilliant writing, and it's about teenagers and mystery, and also magical elements. (Although I don't know if that's something specific you're looking for.) Buffy's one of the best shows I've ever seen.

Also, Charmed is pretty good. Once again, no teenagers, but the three main characters are young women, and they're witches. Plenty of mystery on that show!

I know it sounds lame but its hella interesting and super funny.

A lot of people die and a lot of mysteries get solved. Every episode is captivating.

I also reccomend Lost cuz there's polor bears on the island!
