I mean do they target one part of your body and not the others...or will it help me lose weight in my thighs and abs and other places as well....also I just bought one and have only used it twice..(i bought it 2 days ago) it doesnt feel like much of a work out i mean i sweat but it doesnt feel satisyfing so does that mean it isnt working as well??
Update:btw...im 18 5'7" and weigh 190

Exercise bikes work the upper leg muscles and butt and to a lesser degree calf's and abs. you want to pedal at a high speed around 70-80 rpm's with just enough resistance to get your breathing to the point were you can still talk but not sing. You want to start with a 20 min work out and increase the time as you get used to it. You don't want to pedal slow with alot of pressure, that will tire your muscles too quickly. Finally you can not loose weight in one spot, it comes off every where at the same rate.
