restart your system, and try it.
if don't work change you IP address (192.168.0.2 ==change to==> 192.168.0.3)
and this is OK.
((maybe one process give your router connection))
then you should start 'task manager' and search for a user process that you don't know it.
and end process this task.
be success.
Check on the back, or bottom of the router for a reset button. Pressing this while powered on should reset it to factory settings, meaning you'll have to completely setup from scratch. Be sure you know the default user name and password before you do it. I didn't suggest checking if there was a firmware update available, because you can't access the router, but that would be the first step if it works. If it doesn't work, it was toast already. The only other suggestion before reset, is to run the original setup disc if you have it.
One more suggestion, disconnect all other equipment, printers, print servers, all except the modem, router, and your computer. Did you change modems, if so check the manufacturer's website, see what it's default web address is.
I have been browsing the web more than three hours today searching for answers to the same question, and I haven't found any interesting discussion like this. it's pretty worth enough for me.
