The People of Australia voted for Kevin Rudd, and as candidates are chosen by parties for their popularity, being one of the reasons, so do you consider Gillard PM?Or Rudd? And do you think Kevin Rudd should of been allowed to finish his term , and be either voted back in or out by the people of Australia?

4:00 pm is absolutely considered an afternoon wedding. It's self-explanatory. No person would invite friends to a wedding at four:00 in the morning. Nonetheless, in case you have to, it is regarded afternoon. Evening begins at 6:00 pm regardless of what time the sun definitely sets. See the Crane & Co. Etiquette page for the invitations query, "At what instances do "afternoon" and "night" begin?"
Kevin Rudd did not contest the leadership in June 2010. Julia Gillard was the only contestor and was duly voted in by her party. Kevin Rudd contested the leadership in February 2012 and lost to Julia Gillard. Kevin Rudd did not contest the leadership in March 2013. The people of Australia (which ones?) are deluded if they thought they were voting for the position of Prime Minister. There is a system which says people vote for a local representative and the collection of local representatives vote for the Prime Minister. What is it about that that people don't understand?
Who do you consider is our PM?
I consider whomever the party in power chooses as their leader to be PM.
We do not vote for PM. The PM is up to the members of the governing party not the voters as is the position of Leader of the Opposition.
Malcolm Turnbull was Leader of the Opposition and parliamentary leader of the Liberal Party until he was rolled by ONE vote by Tony Abbott.
That's the way our system of government works.
I'm not defending anyone I'm stating fact under our Constitution.
Edit: Changes of Prime Minister without an election due to party-room coups:
Billy Hughes
Bob Menzies
John Gorton
Bob Hawke
Kevin Rudd

Kevin Rudd became Prime Minister in 2007. He was replaced as Prime Minister by Julia Gillard by the parliamentary party , which they had every right to do. (The Liberals had done the same thing to replace the popular Malcolm Turnbull with Tony Abbott a few months before.) Julia Gillard took the party to the 2010 election and won. She has a minority government but it has run full time, passed important legislation, kept the economy strong, maintained low inflation and unemployment and passed more legislation in three years than Howard did in his last term. Julia Gillard is the elected and legitimate Prime Minister. Some people might not like Julia Gillard, I don't particularly, but she has been an effective PM and does not deserve the vitriol being poured on her by right wing shock jocks and Rupert Murdoch.
The PM is the person in the position at the time voted for by the parliamentary party, as much as I despise Abbott he will be PM after September
since he officially never stepped down, i still consider harold holt to be australia's pm.
