Hello.Blessings and Peace.
I keep finding that a young Muslim is attempting to win me over to Islam, he started doing so when I told him that I adhere to Manichaean teaching. He has already decided that I am a good path put he has concluded that theres little to gain from the path I am on. What is the best way to inform him that I will not be converting to Islam. He said that became a Muslim after reading the Quranic references to what will happen in the future, for example women using sticks to call back their husbands and he linked this to the wifes use of the mobile. However, these are not in mind nor are seriously considered.
Will I forever come under his proselytizing efforst? And how can I tell him that he cannot convert me?
Kind Regards
And Life is Victorious
Andre

Sometimes people are so caught up in their idea of saving everyone's soul that they don't understand that the person might have other ideas on the subject. Just sit him down and say "Thank you for the time and attention you have given me but I am unable to convert to a religion that I do not believe in. You will not be able to change my mind on this"
Hello Andre,
I hope you are well.
I want to tell you that in the Qur'an Allah (God) tells everyone that nobody can be forced to become Muslim.
Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error: whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold, that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things. [Qur'an, 2:256]
I was an atheist before, and i after researching a little, i found Islam to be the religion of God.
If you sincerely believe it is the truth, then accept it, but if not , you don't have to.
Here is a a little book on Islam: http://www.islam-guide.com/
Take care.

Islam is the name of religions preached by all prophets from Adam (AS) to prophet Mohamed(PBUH).
Qur-an is the only authentic Book of God now available on earth with out human interruption.
Qur-an and life of prophet Mohamed has made it very clear to all human race up to the Dooms day what is true and what is wrong and it is the duty of every human being to understand between correct path and wrong path by studying Qur-an along with other religious books for comparison and not by observing the life style of ignorant muslims as all are doing now.
Since Qur-an has made it very clear that there is no compelsion in the case of religious matter after showing the correct path from the wrong path very clearly no body can compel you to adopt Islam. Being a good friend he can warn you of the consequences narrated in Qur-an if you do not follow the correct path.
Spice of life sounds like the correct answer.
follow yourself, not the teachings of the dead. i dont mind religeous people but when SOME cram it down your throat as if they are a saint when their only human really annoys me. your your own person dont be manipulated by anybody religeous or non, do your own thing!
because all monothiestic religionsarepawns of a single entity called godsatan. it feeds on human souls. it fools it`s slaves into brainwashing people into voulentarily becoming it`s food.
