No one is getting suspended. The MLB CBA says you can only suspend on a failed test! The MLBPA will overturn these suspension but ESPN does not get that.
Actually, Section 7a of the Joint Drug Agreement reads as follows: ""A Player who tests positive for a Performance Enhancing Substance, or otherwise violates the Program through the use or possession of a Performance Enhancing Substance, will be subject to the discipline set forth below..."
MLB will undoubtedly argue that Bosch has provided proof that the players used or possessed a performance enhancing substance. If MLB can, in fact, prove it to an arbitrator -- because you know that's where all this is headed -- Braun, ARoid, et al are toast.
Braun used PEDs and skated on a technicality so I'd love to see the piece of crap get nailed this time. Ditto AFraud.
You can't really can anyone stupid when you don't know the difference between there, they're, and their. But, anyway...I'm just curious what kind of proof MLB has. It would be very frustrating for me to see Nelson Cruz get suspended without any kind of positive test.
ESPN IS a satellite tv for pc subject. Their insurance is the worst ever and who else needs to bounce the Golden gate after listening to Rustbucket's lame fact???? Darrell became an incredible commentator till he began being spoonfed by Toyota.
Why baseball embarrasses itself like this is beyond me. No arbitrator is going to rule for Selig, a hand written notebook and some bought testimony from a disgruntled, shady pseudo-doctor.
Anyhow, I agree that this stink of Selig stooging for the Yankees (who don't want to pay A-Rod his contract). Personally, I will believe these suspensions will happen when I see it.

Lonesome Rhodes nailed this one.
It seems MLB has some pretty hard proof otherwise after the initial Braun fiasco they wouldn't even dare attempt again.
Well, other than the fact that you are wrong, and can be suspended without a failed test, you make a great point.

Where so stupid?

They may be stupid.
But my guess is they least know the difference between the words "there" and "they're" and the proper use of both.
