The elite just means there's more space on the hardrive. The original xbox comes with 20 GB or memory, while the elite comes with 120GB. Both can play games, but you can save more content on the elite. I owned a xbox 360, and when it broke, I bought an xbox 360 elite. No difference, but the amount you can save on it. (By the way, if you buy a normal one and want the upgraded memory, you can buy the elite hardrive anywhere they sell the 360's.) The arcade is a program within the xbox universe, that allows you to buy and play games on xbox live(Or buy the disks anywhere they sell 360 games.) Every single xbox comes with the arcade program, and it comes with the game Hexic (Kind of like Bejeweled). They are constantly updating the games they have.

I guess that xbox 360 acade comes with arcade games and xbox 360 elite is just a black xbox 360. Any way, they just have to play certain normal xbox games....if they dont play nomal xbox games than file a sue lol
