You might check why your starting is failure. Bad power and connection, bad starter, or might be bad alternator that effect the charging system. For your low idle and even shut back; please check your timing system, seems your timing system is almost failure and your engine run an emergency program. My suggest, please check your cam gear and placem fit the notch, check the timing belt condition for worn, and positive crankshaft sensor condition. I think that will be all.

it is possible, my friend did this, look for scion tc parts, only trouble you will run into is inter-cooler piping, if you get the turbonetics. if its an auto, you will run into more problems though, but your looking at about 315 whp 295 ft/tq, with a 2 3/4 piping exhaust system, just dont think you can take on evo's, subi's, Z's or any sport car in that power range with that power, the camry is still very heavy.

Not knowing what else you've done, I would jump in and find out when the fuel filter had been changed last. Next I would plug in the obd II guy and read codes. If I didn't have any, I would just keep troubleshooting. You'll find almost the exact same problem when you google it. Will it fix yours, maybe not.
