I'm working on the odd side right now. And there's a bolt tucked behind the power steering. I'm assuming I have to pull the serpentine pulley and remove the power steering to gain access to this bolt. Is this true? If so what would be the proper tool because its not budging with a pulley puller?

You have to remove the power steering pump pulley before you can get to the bolt. And trust me on this, Their is no tool that can can be used to remove the pulley other then the tool made for it.
I tried 2 jaw pullers, steering wheel pullers etc and nothing will remove it.
The tool is called a GM power steering pump pulley remover. They are sold at autozone and advanced. They also have this tool on the "loan-A-tool" list. But I recommend buying one, because you need the tool to put the pulley back on as well.
Trust me, you need the tool. Ive spent hrs avoiding it just to end up a week later with the tool.
