Civic problem Help!!?
Ok so this is what's up. Everytime time i start my car and drive it without letting it warm it bugs on the second gear, like i'm losing compression or somethings. However, if it gets warmed up, it runs like a beast! I have the same exact issue when i tried putting on the old spark pugs wire from my old engine and it just bugs like crazy, so i put the other wires back on. I noticed this happen when i change my headers, but i doubt it has anything to do with it.
What could be wrong? it only happens on 2nd gear, and when i drive it with cold start

IMO you don't have an issue.
all but new vehicles will let you get away with driving off w/o warming the motor. when they are cold, compression temps aren't high enough, stable enough, to handle normal (warm) fuel mixtures. so the mixtures are modified during warm up. as the motor gets older, engine conditions change and how your engine performs when cold will change.

putting on headers may very well be the change that's effecting your warm up characteristics.
a by product of headers is that they conduct and dissipate heat better than an OEM manifold. so to a certain extent, it makes sense that you have a small issue like this. if you wrap a head with a restrictive thick cast iron exhaust manifold, such as an OEM one, it will heat up faster than a thinner, tuned for exhaust extraction, header. there maybe a slight difference in what readings the 02 sensor is getting during warm up.
