cramps a week after period?
me and my boyfriend are trying to conceive our first child. we started trying the end of august. last week on monday morning (Oct 24, 2011) i got my period. and it lasted until wednesday (Oct 26, 2011). we had sex the next night (thursday). then last night (Nov 1, 2011) i had REALLY bad period-like cramps on my left side. i took ibuprofen and it stopped and i went to sleep. i woke up and there is no more cramping. just wondering what this was? please and thanks?
Update:my periods are never regular. usually lasting two to four days.

it could have been a number of things. on your lower left side is where your bowel is and if you are constipated have gas etc you feel it there.
your periods are very short being only 2 days though
