If you're talking about the dub version (Enlgish audio) that airs on Cartoon Network (I think), then you probably won't see him till the end of the filler arcs, which should be around maybe late November this year till sometime in February or March if you're lucky. It you're talking about Shippuden, he appears towards the beginning (first few episodes, you get to see a fight).

Well, I'm not really sure but he could show up in another filler arc or when shippuuden shows and he is caught by sasori
