I don't know how to install my Delta Cartridge 1300 & 1400 Series Tub/Shower Valve with the instructions.
Can someone please help
because my shower keeps leaking & it doesn't stop!!

Do you have the instructions? Are you sure you have the right replacement cartridge? What part do you not understand?
