Well, it is not slang, just idiom and means: "I hope you play (any musical instrument) a lot! Take care! A big kiss (for you)!
"vc" stands for "você" (you) and is only used for chatting, very informal.
"bjao" stands for "beijão" (big kiss), also very informal.
By the way, I would never say "(eu) desejo" in this context, it is incorrect. The correct is "(eu) espero".
Certainly it was a girl from Brazil who wrote you this. This is not the Portuguese spoken in Portugal.
