I am 21 male living with my mother. She is financially wealthy(according to the government). I have no income, my dad doesnt support me. Im thinking of being a full student come fall.
Now that Im 21 can I qualify for FAFSA since Im not supported by my parents other than the roof over my head?

You are still very much a dependent in every sense of the word. You will still be required to use your parents' tax information on your fafsa. You are completely supported by your parents so you have absolutely zero chance to get a dependency override. You will qualify for loans only. As a dependent freshman, you can borrow $5500 for the year.
You will not qualify as independent until you are over 24. Get a job.
Most students qualify for some degree of aid, the only question is how much.
If you're the only one providing for your education, I'm guessing you'll qualify for a fair bit. No one here knows your financial info, so that's really all I can say.
Your mom can pay for your way.
