Even though macrophages invade tissues (cells of the same origin, but not exactly identical), can macrophages invade organs and travel along to the multiple tissues inside the organ to phagocytose bacteria? Thank you!

No, macro phages are like big traps that are near the organs that have a potential of being invaded. When the invading cells get near the organs the macro phages trap them using sticky secretions including mucus.
