read the ingredients list. It usually says somewhere around there "Warning this product contains/or/This product processed in a plant that also processes..."
I think porridge is usually oatmeal. Quaker doesn't make Cream of Wheat, that is another product. And grits are from corn, so I think the answer is NO, but read the label and be sure if it is an issue.
