Most pakistanis are asians, some slightly asian part black due to their skin tone, coarse Afro-textured hair. except, the pakistanis from the town called "Nuristan" meaning : the town of beautiful daughters. the reason this town has such a name because all people from this town have got blonde hair and blue/green eyes with delicate facial features toward europeans. most local ppl ( normal pakistanis) believe that these people ( kalash) ( aka. nuristan) are the descendents of alexander the great of greek. -but the dna test showed that they are the russian people who moved down into pakistan. otherwise, greek people do not have blue eyes, blonde hair or fair complexion.

Yes, Pakistanis and Indians are Asians. In fact in Europe, when they say Asians, it's the Pakistanis and Indians they are referring to. Chinese, Japanese and Koreans are considered North Eastern Asians. Vietnamese, Philippinos, Thais, etc. are the SouthEastern Asians.

Whereas it's a bit different in the USA. Mostly, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, comes to mind when thinking of the term Asians. Then it's the SouthEastern Asians, and then the South Asians which are the Indians and Pakistanis.
