Do you see strange if 2 siblings raise a child?
2 siblings (one man and the other woman) raising the "brother's child"? (aunt's nephew) i mean they are not couple but they live together because she has no home right now and the brother's wife died 3 months ago, so they live together (NOT as a couple) and take care of the children?

Absolutely not. It can't possibly be an easy thing to lose a spouse and keep a happy face while raising a child. I'm sure the sister is serving as a great support for both him and the child, and a strong support system is never a bad thing for anyone.
I don't see anything wrong with that. His sister is just being nice and helping him take care of the kids.
