It's not a terrible offer especially with MJD's status up in the air, but Jennings has been injured all year and may not do much if and when he comes back since this is the end of his contract and the other receivers are all performing well. Lloyd is up and down, but has done a bit more lately. Both have potential, but present risks. At best, he'd be upgrading his bench. Just because something is fair doesn't mean the other owner necessarily has to make a trade or make him stupid. I generally don't accept 2 for 1 trades either - you have to drop another player to accept the deal.
If you really want MJD, try offering Colston for him. that's a deal I would take if I were the other guy.
