I would rather be trading for a WR like Reggie Williams than a very unpredictable RB like Henry. The team giving up Henry is getting the better deal in my opinion. Who is Henry replacing? It would have to be somebody not too good. If the team giving up Williams already has three good WR that have had their bye week,then by all means go ahead and trade him.
I always try to upgrade my team at RB... NFL teams start 1 tailback and 2 WR's so it is MUCH easier to pick up WR's to help your team off the waiver wire as there are more available who start a game....
The running situation in Tenn is questionable... but Henry could have some big games...
