First, curl lashes before applying mascara. Wait a little if possible after you curl them.

What usually helps me with drying mascara is standing in front of a fan or hair dryer on cool air after applying. Just make sure you are not too close to the fan or hair dryer because then your eyes will tear up and the mascara will smudge.

I have always just used my blower dryer on cool setting and low.... It works great.
