Has Christmas music ever made you cry?
I am not very emotional, but last year it was a beautiful day and I was with my wife and son on Christmas, and when I heard the song " O Holy Night" right about the time it said " fall... on your knees" I got teary eyed.

I've never fully cried, but "O Holy Night" has made me misty-eyed before. We watched someone performing it on tv last year on Thanksgiving night at the tree lighting ceremony, and it had some of the audience in tears. Such a powerful song.
God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen always gets me... after spending four years on a placement in India, without ever coming home once, when I returned and stepped back into my parent's house, that song was playing on the radio and was the first (english-language) music I had heard since leaving. Of course! Christmas is sometimes falsely labelled as a 'happy time' but its actually one of the saddest days of the year.
