So I'm a first time builder and this is stressing me out very much. I just got my last piece and plugged everything up and tried to boot for the first time and all the lights and fans turned on and the disc trey opens and I can hear the hard-drive humming, but it wont POST and the speaker let out 2 second long beeps forever. It did this both with and without the RAM. I know the RAM is seated properly. When I plugged in my monitor I got no picture just the beeps. Please PLEASE help I really want this thing up and running.

Have you tried looking in your Motherboards manual for what two long post beeps mean? It would help you
Check your 8 Pin CPU connector some first time builders seem to forget about that part
This can also be a graphics card issue. See if seated properly. It can be a monitor issue as well try using a different motherboard. Want better help so you can actually reply to others? Go to Tomshardware

It Won't POST without RAM you know that right? You haven't listed the RAM so i am assuming its not fitted thats why your getting and error. Check the Book that came with your motherboard for the error codes. You grounded yourself? This stuff is very static sensitive.
Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.healthboostpc.com/
It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
the beeps are you pc posting, its morse code for you pc , i would take out all hardware piece by piece to find the problem. also might be your ram.
Whenever you hear a peeping nose its hardware isues something isnt compatible there maybe psu
Is your graphics card plugged in properly? Is the power for it plugged in properly?
