Okay, it's time to start planning my sweet 15 and I'm doing a Mardi Gras theme! I've always loved the fun and excitement of Mardi Gras and thought it would be a great idea for a party! I have a fun and crazy dress but I need help with activities and decorations. ANy suggestions??
