The same way you do...I guess you could say we just forget the whole religious part of it because that's not what christmas has been for almost all of us. Christmas isn't some super religious thing to most people it's just an american holiday....At least that's the way me and any of my atheist friends see it. We don't hate christmas^ :)

Some do celebrate with their families by eating christmas dinner, decorating the tree etc, however since they do not believe in God, they probably should not be celebrating Christmas, a holiday for the day of Christ's birth and probably would not attend church services.
Well, there's Santa for the little kids, presents under a Christmas tree and everything. We give and receive gifts. We don't go to church or anything. Mostly our families just gather and we have a good day, a Christmas dinner or lunch and stuff. That's all.
