I know how to get into the state of sleep paralysis but from that point im a little confused. Ive pulled my arms out of my body, i sometimes see entities when i atempt this but honestly they dont scare me since ive been getting sleep paralysis for the longest time after my near death experince. The other day it was early in the morning and i had sleep paralysis so i decided to try to astral project somehow i succeeded and i was at the foot of my bed but then i snaped back into my body. Does anyone know how to astral project during sleep paralysis im having a really hard time, and i am not sure how i did it the other day. ( im 18 years old just felt like including that lol and i almost died when i was 15 or i sorta died for a little bit that is why i have become so interested in this stuff)
