There is this one user who sometimes puts answers that aren't very helpful and can be rude. I was looking through old questions I've answered, and noticed that some of the questions that this user has also answered usually win if put to a vote. He almost always gets 3 votes, but his answers are never the most useful or helpful. I think he might be voting for himself to make sure he wins. Is there a way to report this?
Update:I know that you are allowed to vote for yourself, but I think he might have multiple accounts that he's using to give himself more votes.

Note that you are allowed to vote for your own answer but you can not answer your own question. There is no rule against non helpful answers. "Rude" can be very subjective.

There is no rule against voting for your own answer or to ask a contact to vote
It is against the rules to have multiple acounts to point game like that, but you have to be able to prove that, and that is difficult.

It's going to be difficult to prove that he's voting for himself. If his answers are rude they can be reported for this.
Click report abuse to the right of the answer if it is a violation. It isn't a violation to give an incorrect answer however it is a violation of the question and answer format if the answer isn't an effort to answer the question as asked or it's cheating by point gaming, check the links
