I have a PC desktop and a Mac laptop. Both connected to a wireless network with cable internet.
I have cables to connect my Mac laptop to my TV as well.
I would like to be able to view movies etc. on my laptop/TV from my PC. I have a Netflix account, but their 'Watch Now' feature is only available for PCs. Is there a way to stream video over the wireless network to my Mac?
I've tried remote access programs - like LogMeIn.com and the connection is too slow, so the video is jerky and blurred.
Any advice? Or would I be better streaming directly to my TV? I want the cheapest option possible!!!!
Update:Thanks for the suggestion, Boberelli. I can connect the Laptop to the TV, that works fine. But the laptop is a Mac and all the video I want to watch (Netflix etc.) only run on Windows. I have Windows on my desktop, but that is in a different room to the TV.

Forget the network, can't you output your video from the laptop to the TV? Most modern TVs have video in for PC connections.
Check your PC's graphic card. You know - where you plug the monitor into. If it has AV jacks or an S-Video adapter you should be good to go.
