I just started working last week and noticed that my sleeping pattern has been pretty hectic lately ever since then. For example I couldn't sleep the whole night! and felt as if my brain could not shut off as it normally would like before . I would have a moment where I'd feel relaxed and then feel really irritated and jumpy the next while yawning through out the whole night .
Now I'm starting to think that maybe it was due to the 16 oz. Monsters I had been drinking from last week as well for four days now, though I only would drink them in the middle of the day, it would never be anywhere near night time, but still I'm starting to think that maybe the drink is still in my system maybe???
If anyone would like to suggest any tips on sleep would highly appreciate it, thanks!

Yes. What works best for me(Unless I'm working the night shift) is drink no later than 2pm because after 2pm It keeps me going till 3 in the morning.
it is the Monster. that stuff fills your body w/ unneeded nutrients and it shocks your system. it also makes you more prone to heart attacks. for some ppl it has no effect b/c they are naturally shakey and hyper. others crash 10-15 minutes after drinking one (me). that monster messed with your system and probably kept you awake so you got little to no rest. oh and you can become addicted.
It's an energy drink, so yes.. It's used to keep you awake and energized
Probably because it's effect is to keep one's body awake :)
